Casey is responsible for managing investments in Asian fixed income and distressed assets. Casey was a former a Director at CIBC-CEF responsible for marketing interest rate, foreign exchange and equity risk management instruments to corporate and financial institutions in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining CIBC-CEF, Casey was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company, where he worked in various areas including equity research, corporate finance, risk management and investment management. Casey started his career in 1989 as an equity analyst at Morgan Grenfell where he specialized in researching Singapore property and hotel companies and participated in the development of a stock index performance measure.

Casey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore in 1989.
